Medication Administration
Medication Administration by licensed personnel. You will have peace of mind knowing that your loved ones will not miss a dose or accidentally take more than the required dose. On site visits On site visits by physicians. You do not have to worry about making medical appointments for your loved ones, as in home visits are made by medical personnel. Aging in place Gentle Steps Assisted Living LLC collaborates with area hospice organizations to facilitate aging in place. Pharmacy delivery We work with a local pharmacy that delivers medications, so the family does not have to worry about picking up medications for a loved one. Respite care We understand that caregivers need a break sometimes, so Gentle Steps Assisted Living LLC offers the opportunity to have your loved one cared for on a short term basis. |

Gentle Steps Assisted Living is owned and operated by a Registered Nurse with nearly 30 years of nursing and eldercare experience.
Services Overview
Since 2000, Gentle Steps Assisted Living has provided compassionate, professional and personal care designed for the elderly. At Gentle Steps Assisted Living, the personalized care is in collaboration with family, physicians, registered nurses and caregivers. Our goal is to allow our residents to maintain as much independence as possible. With help from our caring team, our residents can maintain control of their lives and preservation of their dignity.
Respite Care
Gentle Steps Assisted Living allows families the opportunity to take a break from daily responsibility of caring for a loved one. There is a 24-hour minimum requirement for respite care.
Other services include:
Regularly scheduled entertainment and recreational activities such as walks, bingo, sing-along, current event discussion and craft activities.
Highest level of long term care appropriate for seniors (level 3)
24 hours on site supervision
Comfortably furnished private or semiprivate rooms
Home cooked nutritious meals
Special diets as medically prescribed
Personal laundry and linen service
Medication management
State-of-the-art security system
Smoke detectors in sleeping and common areas
Portable fire extinguishers
Automatic sprinkler system throughout facility
Whole House Generator
